About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Officer to support Ducab’s commercial and sales operations. The role involves managing proposals, orders, and contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of commercial, sales, and ordering policies and processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify, close, and execute projects across regions
  • Ensure accurate customer, project, pricing, and regional data within Ducab systems
  • Support regional sales teams in achieving budgets and action plans
  • Identify and mitigate account-level risks in line with Ducab’s risk management framework
  • Prepare, review, and submit RFQs/RFPs and proposals for small to medium customers
  • Coordinate proposal submissions to meet commercial guidelines and customer requirements
  • Manage pre-contract documentation, order reviews, and contract clarity across departments
  • Draft, log, and manage sales orders and contracts in Salesforce and SAP
  • Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, payment terms, and approval requirements
  • Support contract execution by coordinating with order execution and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate reporting on proposals, orders, and metal bookings
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships using Salesforce CRM tools

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes, contracts, and pricing
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM and ERP systems
