Ducab is equally owned by ADQ and the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD).

With over 30 years of leadership experience in the global cable and industrial manufacturing sector, Gert Hoefman is an experienced executive and certified board member. He is the interim Group CEO of Ducab.
Throughout his tenure in the industry, he has overseen major merger integrations, global product strategy, and operational transformations at leading global companies.
Charles Edouard Mellagui
With over 30 years of experience in the cable industry, Charles Edouard Mellagui is an accomplished business leader and Chief Executive Officer of Ducab Cables Business. He is recognised for driving business transformation in DCB, global expansion, and sustainable growth across challenging markets.
Mohamed Al Ahmedi
Mohamed Al Ahmedi is the Chief Executive Officer of Ducab Metal Business, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence. Under his leadership, DMB has strengthened its capabilities and expanded its presence across regional and international markets.
Meshal Alnaqbi
With more than 20 years of experience in financial innovation and strategic leadership, Meshal AlNaqbi serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ducab Group.
He has played a key role in driving the company’s growth and resilience. His expertise spans financial management, strategic planning, and risk assessment.
Khalid Al Shezawi
With 15 years of experience in internal audit across diverse sectors including oil & gas, projects, transportation, event management, and sports, Khalid Al Shezawi is the Chief Internal Audit Officer at Ducab Group. Prior to joining Ducab, he led the internal audit function at Dubai Sports Council since 2017.
Known for building effective audit frameworks and guiding high-performing teams, Khalid brings valuable expertise and a collaborative approach to strengthening Ducab’s governance and operational excellence.
Our work in the community
Ducab is committed to empowering communities and protecting the environment through our "Ducab Ducare" initiatives. We focus on education, sustainability, and social progress to create lasting positive impact in the regions where we operate.
Through our partnership with Dubai Cares, We have helped build a new school in Amrahia, Nepal, under the "Adopt a School" program. This initiative provides quality education for 200 students and adult literacy classes, creating opportunities for learning and growth in the community.
Locally, our "Ducab Plants for Progress" initiative, in partnership with the Emirates Environmental Group (EEG), has planted 1,000 native trees across our facilities. These trees are expected to absorb 22 tonnes of CO₂ annually, contributing to biodiversity and our climate goals.
